Querying Attributes

Once a Quadrata Passport has been issued for a wallet account, attributes within the passport can be queried by all DApps. A fee is incur every time an attribute is queried from a smart contract. This fee will be split between the issuer themselves and Quadrata.

Querying attributes, payments, and accounting is happening entirely on-chain. no work is required by the issuer at this point.
